FROM THE FLOWER TO THE BOTTLE: THE PERFUMER’S INSPIRATIONS

An immersion at the heart of Grasse, the world’s perfume capital. Private access to scented flower fields, tour and picking explained and guided by the grower, then discovery of the bottling workshop of an independent perfumer and his range of unique creations. Demonstration of bottle setting and olfaction practice.

A DAY IN THE VINEYARDS OF NICE AND THE VAR

I will accompany you for the day to meet producers for a deep dive into the heart of Provence’s vineyards, off the beaten path. Taking the time, meeting the winemaker, understanding their work and the local terroir, the grape varieties, tasting with them their white, red, or rosé wines, walking in the vineyards. A dive into the heart of the diversity of terroirs in an intimate and enchanting setting. Estates chosen for the quality of their work and respect for the land. The opportunity to also taste beautiful Olive oils, an integral part of the landscapes and Provencal cuisine. Each day is marked by a lunch break in a place that invites contemplation and indulgence. A market cuisine that highlights local flavors and seasonal local products. An awakening to the 5 senses.
